THEN

the

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

THE CURRENT BUSINESS MODEL

IS BREAKING

NEXT-GEN CONSUMERS

ARE NOT JUST

PASSIVE CUSTOMERS ANYMORE

In times of crisis like these, it’s said that fashion is stuck and innovation

is superficial: for major groups, it translates into expanding e-commerce, opening physical stores, and partnering with public figures.

It’s a 20-year-old model endlessly repeated.

Something isn’t working and we’re in a slow decline.

The rise of new communication channels and technology innovations

have now given users the power to ask and the right

to get what they really desire.

The focus of any sales strategy is no longer the brand, it’s the people.

And to interact with people you don’t need new products,

you need a whole new approach.

Innovation turns into disruption

when it’s fueled by consumer adoption

First, we need to be clear

Innovation is not a top-down mandate

We still don’t manage AI: we’re passive users of pre-configured tools.

Every system interacting with human beings has to deal with a level of irrationality and emotion.

This can’t be “computationalized” away.

On consumer scale, true innovation is not about speed and automation.

It’s about changing the way we live and consume.

New technologies, less barriers.

So, how does the Future of Fashion look like?

THE STATE OF AI

While we all know AI is here to help, not all AI is actually helping.

Most AIs are not build for enterprise creative work.

Is this an evolution or a total market reset?

What driver are we talking about? Is it something that directly

impacts the consumer or an improvement in supply-chain operations? None of that, actually.

Our Approach

We turn fashion system from a supply-driven model to a consumer-centric approach, introducing a whole new category standard that challenges legacy rules and goes beyond convention. As technology and purchasing habits move on, we make market players respond effectively to changes by always placing people and consumers at the core of the value chain.

Our Value Proposition

Our Technology turn consumers into prosumers and is tailored to empower designers’ creativity - not to replace it.

By removing technical barriers, we give users the power to collaborate in real-time with brands in product design and to sell their co-creations, laying the groundwork for new monetization channels and introducing a new era of peer-to-peer distribution and decentralized retail.

Our Main Goal

We transform users from passive spectators to an active resource in product creation and distribution processes.

This means we bridge the gap between supply and demand, going against what we all hate most - inventory risk and overproduction -

by streamlining the whole supply chain and creating new market standards.

It grows organically and is shaped over time by every player involved across the value chain.

It means rethinking the entire business model, not isolated pieces.

It’s a bottom-up process

We start from a wide range of economic, cultural and generational signals often not directly linked with fashion system, to connect the dots and to introduce new category standards.

We remove technical design barriers

To give users the power to collaborate in real-time with brands

We lay the groundwork for progress

To introduce new monetization channels and a new era of

It grows organically and is shaped over time by every player involved

across the value chain.

It means rethinking the entire business model, not isolated pieces.

It’s a bottom-up process

We start from a wide range of economic, cultural and generational signals

often not directly linked with fashion system, to connect the dots and

to introduce new category standards.

We remove technical design barriers

To give users the power to collaborate in real-time with brands

in product design and sell their co-creations.

We lay the groundwork for progress

To introduce new monetization channels and a new era of

peer-to-peer distribution and decentralized retail.

We bridge the gap between market players

We establish new category standards

To turn users from passive spectators to an active resource in product creation and market distribution.

To define the future of fashion,

not just a fix for today.
